Texas. my mother pass on no will how long do the probate take?

I'm sorry to hear about your mother. The length of time for the probate process depends on a few things, namely, the type of procedure you use, and the amount of cases in the court. Assuming it's a will that doesn't have problems, and assuming that the court's docket isn't crowded, it's not unusual for me to get letters issued in about a month. The rest of the process is up to the executor.
