MRI conformed my injury. Insurance company states that it was due to degenartive changes, which I i have not been diagnosed with. what can i do. Been off work for 3 months, using my own time that has been earned thoughout the years of employment.

Most lawyers who help persons with personal injuries...ie not business lawyers will consult with you free..and if you have a case, help, refer or tell you..you have no case..

But one cannot answer your question with so little information....call a lawyer..
