Legal Question in Civil Litigation in United Kingdom
my gfriend has divorced her ex husband. She lives at the family home with the ids and he pays the mortgage as she does not work due tio the fact that looks after the kids. Im hoping to move in and pay the mortgage, does he have the power to stop me , also she is hoping to settle for 50/50 how would this work out with regards to the house. The house is in his name.
