Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah

back in 2004 we filed bankruptcy, the house we have was not in the bankruptcy, there was 2 judements put on the house before we got are bankruptcy filed. the detits where cleared off in the bankruptcy. we are now trying to refince the house and the judements are still there and the creiters that have the judements won't release them. is this leagal is there any thing I can do.
