Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
My case was dismissed in US district court however he appeal court reversed it. They dismissed my case without proper procedure. It's a false claims case and the attorney general never recommended it to be reversed an they never gave me a hearing on the matter. The appeal board however reversed it because I was not allowed to amend my complain. What is the next step?
