Legal Question in Technology Law in Utah

child pornography

What evidence do the police need to arrest you for child pornography. I was surfing the web at my University and it came onto the screen. I was turned in to the police and they are investigating the crime. I'm very worried and am wondering if I need professional assistance. Thank you.
