Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

Just purchased a home and found a leaky master shower. Leaking onto the ceiling/floor in the laundry room below. Neighbors confirmed that seller knew about the leak 2 years ago and tried to remedy the issue by replacing the A/C unit. There is mold in the laundry room now and surrounding rooms have wet walls. This information was not disclosed and was not found during inspection. Inspector has come back out and feels that they hid the damage in hopes it would pass.

How do we proceed?
