Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia

Civil Judgment

I had a judgment issued on 1/21/03 which has since been paid through Chapter 13 bankruptcy (now discharged). My bankruptcy filing date was 1/8/03. Will I be able to have the judgment vacated because it should not have been entered?

If the judgment was entered after the bankruptcy was filed, it is void and must be vacated.
