Are juries under U.S. law required to be gender balanced in cases of sexual harassment?

No. At present no jury is required to have any particular gender composition regardless of the type of case it is hearing.

There is no requirement for gender balance, but peremptory challenges must be exercised in a gender-neutral manner.
