Ownership of Pet Cemetery Plot.
I bought and recieved a Pet Cemetery Plot in Richmond, Virginia in 1982. New owners have bought the land and plan to develop lt. Do I not own the land my pet is buried in? What legal rights do I have?

The answer should lie within the four corners of the document which spelled out the terms of your plot purchase back in 1982.
