Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
I got pulled over 5days ago and got 3 tickets for no proof of insurance, expired vehicle registration and expired VA inspection. First, it's my sisters car and ive been driving it since june when i got my drivers license. By december i stop using that car since it was snowing also it stops working. Since then, my mom let me used her car until the car im using gets fix that was wednesday night(3/12/14) Thursday afternoon i decided to go to winchester for the canvass how much would it be to get it fix but i got pulled over so i went straight home. Lol I already registered the car that day then the inspection not yet since i have an appointment tomorrow for the windshield replacement and get the inspection done. Its gonna be my first time to go to court next month and i dont know what to do. How am i gonna prove myself there that i am not guilty?i am scared!

Bring to court proof that the vehicle for which you received the tickets
has now been properly registered, inspected as well as insured, and the judge will probably dismiss these tickets.
