Will I get jail time if I pay my debt before court. It regards contempt due to a divorce decree in va.

No, probably, not (in my mere opinion), but without knowing at least some of the

important and relevant facts relating to your case, I could, of course, in no way offer a categorical opinion suggesting that you can be absolutely confident that such a disposition will NOT be the case, i.e, your being sentenced to jail. (Best to check with the attorney who,hopefully, is still around to offer an opinion on this matter.)
