wrongfully accused of involuntary manslaughter

i was wrongfully accused of killing somone with my vehicl by the county of south hampton. this accusatoin has ruined my driving record and i was fired from my job.i have a class A CDL drivers license and i cant get another job with my driving record like this.i have ben back and forth to the DMV and the county of south hampton and thay tell me thair is nothing more thay can do.what can i do to resolve this matter?

What matters (it would seem to me) more than the fact that you were accused of this serious crime is whether you were convicted of it. If the matter was nolle prossed(dismissed before trial)or you were in fact acquitted of this felony charge after a trial, the record of your arrest should be expungable per Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.

Unfortunately, however, you have not made clear in your question what actually occurrred in regard to the case with which you were charged, and, therefore no meaningful answer nor recommendation can really be provided(in my opinion).
