Legal Question in Construction Law in Virginia

Own general contact needs to move ?

Primary residence loan not your primary residence?

lets say you you built a house to move into right after you move you decide you do not like the house and your wife would not change state because of the child with autism reacted badly to the new house . how I require to make the house my primary because I was acting as my own general contractor and the county in Va. requires me to make the house my primary . how long do I have to live in the house before I can move back to our home state to be with my family and not have the county in Va. pull the OC ? can I rent out the new home to make the Vets loan mortgage payments ?

or can the country pull the OP after issuing it if I move out after 2 months

It's probable that in order to comply with the local ordinance regarding primary dwellings and special subsidies (or whatever the benefit might be from having this designation), you will likely have to live there about the same amount of time that you would to qualify as a Virginia resident which could be around one year.
