Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I have a court date schedule for October 13th for a warrant in debt. I'm being sued by Dom. Law Ass. who purchased my credit card debt from BOA. I do not have enough funds to secure an attorney or pay the debt in full. What should I do when I show up for the court date?

You should send a letter to Dom. Law Ass. (Virginia Beach law firm I think) requesting a bill of particulars and verification of the debt, including but not limited to a copy of the contract, an accounting, a copy of all assignments, etc.

You should tell the Judge this also and copy the court on your letter.

Let us know how it goes. You can email me at my web site.

Good luck.
