can a Home Owners Association go after my driver's license? They have a warrant in debt already approved by the court, but now they want me to show up in court to show my finances.

No, a debt owed to an HOA is not a legal basis to have the DMV take

action against the debtor's license to drive but that has nothing to do with the HOA's right to require the debtor to appear in court related to the enforcement of a previous judgment to answer what are called debtor's interrogatories, i.e., questions concerning his or her finances.
