Probably not, at least not one validly served upon you, but since you haven't provided any further information regarding this warrant, i.e., whether civil or criminal, and the court out of which it issued, I couldn't say for certain. (Criminal warrants in the Commonwealth are normally served upon the defendant named in the warrant by a law enforcement officer.)
