Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Incarcerated for arson...commercial property owners seeking third party civil suit against me...but I am already paying 2M in restitution.. can they sue me while I'm making restitution payments?

Yes, they can sue, but whether they can do so successfully and recover a civil judgment against you--separate

and apart from what the court has already ordered you to pay in restitution for the criminal case-- is another matter entirely, and will likely depend upon numerous factors, none of which appear to be ascertainable from the few facts that you've put forward in your question (in my opinion).
