Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Hello I have my neighbor on a no trespassing and the other day he came up in the road hollering my name and standing in front of my home but he was in the road then that night I have him surveillance video walking up to my car an looks like he threw something under my tires.the next morning I looked and sure enough they was screws.he has been charged with trespassing and enter property with intent to do damage.my video isn't the greatest but you can easily see it is him and what he is doing.where my driveway is right next to the road were I live in mobile home park will these charges stand in the court?I live in virginia
