Re: reduced charges

Sure if you can produce evidence of involuntary manslaughter. The difference between murder and manslaughter is intent, scheme or plan. If you hit a person with a car by accident and kill them its involuntary - if you go to a fight with a gun knowing it'll be trouble thats voluntary manslaughter if the passion heats up and you use the weapon cause you knew the risks and possibilities.

2nd degree means you werent the trigger man but acted with the murderer to achieve the murder either before after or during the crime.

All about evidence. If you can't produce the evidence it can't be reduced. You'll either get convicted of 2nd degree or not.

Good luck.
