Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I was walking down a street with a friend when 3 people start yelling Racial slurs to me, So i reacted but i only walked up to them and asked them to repeat what they said and they pushed me back, i pushed back and then a little scuffle started but nothing to serious after i walked away and a cop pulled me over on the sidewalk and told me to get in his car. I simply kept walking so he yanked me to the ground and put me in handcuffs never read me my Miranda rights and

Better hire a competent criminal defense counsel ASAP. (Furthermore,

the fact that you were not read your Miranda rights does not necessarily

mean that you will not prosecuted.)
