For first time offender with BAC less than .15:

Minimum fine of $250 + court costs.

365 days in jail---all suspended.

License suspension 12 months. (Restricted license if you apply to the court for such.)

Mandatory enrollment and completion of VASP with payment of enrollment costs.

No civil fine.
