My 13 year old son hates visitation with father. What's the best way to get visitation reduced or eliminated?

It is most unlikely (in my opinion) that any judge hearing this matter for a reduction or elimination of your son's opportunity to interact with his father would agree to such a request absent persuasive showings (more than one) that you've made credible and reasonable efforts directed at both the father as well as his son to improve this unhappy as well as unfortunate situation regarding father-son visitation and that the current schedule for such visitation is provably not in this child's best interests.
