Child Custody

Can my spouse seek full custody of my child before we are divorced.

Ordinarily child custody is determined as part of the divorce

process. Certainly temporary custody can be sought prior to the divorce.

Many courts will set a final custody trial as part of the final divorce

trial that deals with property isssues as well.
