Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I'd like a Child Support Review as I suspect my ExH's income has increased significantly since our Divorce & Custody Agreement in 2013. We have shared custody of our 3 children although Order says I am to get kids each day their dad goes to work. And he'll get kids after work each night until 6:30am the next morning, that's considered 50-50 shared custody. With his schedule and a lot of business travel, it really precludes me from working outside the home. I'm going broke each month just with kids' expenses! Meanwhile, his banking salary is upwards of $700k and he's gaining large retirement all the while. Any advice is appreciated.

Well, of course, ,based upon your description of the relevant

facts, it would seem that the time is ripe for such a review

which the attorney who represented you in the Divorce/custody

matters should be able to handle or any new counsel who is

appropriately knowledgeable and experienced with

the handling of domestic relations matters in the Commonwealth.
