child support/ins.

ex lives in va. i live in tx with the kids. he is suppose to pay cs and med ins but does not. order for support& ins in va. nener has see or talked kids in 9yrs.

The TX Attorney General can take your case and refer it to VA and VA Attorney General can contact him.

It takes a long time but it's free.

Otherwise, hire a private attorney in the state where the divorce took place - VA if he still lives there.

If no one lives in VA, you can move the case to TX and file here.

The Texas child support enforcement agency can refer the matter for enforcement to its sister agency in Virginia which is called the Division of Child Support Enforcement(DCSE)if it is not feasible for you to retain private Virginia counsel to do so.
