Custody

my wife had an affair with the neighbor, in the aftermath of discovering this i found out she had left the children aged 3-13 home alone to go a few houses down and have sex. the oldest was outside playing somewhere,she left the 2 youngest in the care of a 11 year old to do this while i was at work. sher also had sex in our home while the 13 year old was outside playng, the 11 year old at a friends and the 2 younger ones at the playground with the neihgbor about a block away. i am active duty military. the 2 oldest are hers from a previous marriage, the 2 youngest ours. would i have any chance to get full custody, or at least gaurantee joint

If your point is that she is negligent with the care of the children so she could pursue the adultery, and if you can prove it, you may have leverage in a custody case - you have to prove actual harm to the children. To obtain custody from her you must be qualified, compent and available. Speak to a good domestic lawyer for assistance.
