Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have drawn up legal separation papers that include everything that my soon to be ex wife could possibly want in our divorce like letting her have domicile custody of our child with me having my summer and Christmas visitation rights every other year. I have also included a lot of other things that work in her favor but yet she is refusing to sign them because she wants sole custody.

If she won't sign, make an imploding offer: a proposal that includes all of what you want and none, rather than everything, that she wants. If it's going to court, you at least want to make a case for what you want. Her getting sole legal custody is not likely unless she can prove that you are an unfit parent.
