Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My fianc and I are getting ready to get married after being together for 5 years. I have been in his sons life since he was 2, so he have never known me to not be in his life. My fianc will leave him with me if he has to work or whatever, but that's only if the situation presents itself that I don't have to pick him up from her. In the past if I have gone to get him she won't give him to me for my fiance visitstion time. So my question is once we are married does his court order extend to me as well? Does she still have that ability to refuse to let me get him from her? If she does that to my fianc he can call the police with court order and hand and they will tell her to let the child go. Would it work for me as well? They have no right of refusal clause or any language requiring him to be present. Is there a code section that governs this?

Without reviewing this order and any previous facts related to its

enforcement, I couldn't offer an opinion on the matter.
