Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Hello,

I've been divorced now for about almost two years. We had a settlement agreement and she is not following it. In the agreement she was to re-finance the car with in 6 months after the court date.Every month I'm getting notice's that it's late and it's effecting my credit. I can't afford for this to go on any longer. Could you please help
