Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If me and my husband are legally separated and we have a signed legal agreement that says he is to provide insurance on me until the divorce is final and he loses his job and the insurance is the agreement still valid? Is he still responsible for any medical bills that I receive

Probably not if this provision for insurance can be reasonably interpreted as conditioned upon his having employment, but you might want to have an attorney review this agreement for greater certainty in the matter.
