Yes, you can initiate the process for divorce in the Commonwealth even though

still residing with your spouse in the marital home, but to meet the necessary

conditions for such a circumstance, each spouse will need to maintain what

amounts to a separate household within this marital home and be able to offer

credible proof of such at the appropriate time when required to do so by the divorce court considering such a matter.
