I live in Virginia. My lawyer agreed to a divorce property settlement without consulting me first. What can I do?

Well, first you need to explain to your lawyer the reason(s) as to why you object

to this PSA (Property Settlement Agreement) and then determine whether your

concerns can be accommodated without necessarily rejecting the entire

document, but if such is not possible, then refuse to sign it and look for another attorney if the one that you currently have persists in refusing to pursue your lawful/reasonable objectives in this divorce..
