I m paying child support fir a child that doesnt leave with me, and ive been working with 2 jobs and never reported it to them, I also have 401k and stock for 17 years now, can theu go after me for not reporting any of them

Yes, It's possible that these assets once discovered by the appropriate authorities responsible for dealing

with your child support issues, could bring you in for a review of your child support case and raise the

amount of your current support to reflect your additional income from these other financial assets

which you've failed to report. (This increase in the amount of your child support would normally only

apply to the current and future support and not to any past periods already gone by.)
