Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I married my husband almost two years ago under the notion that his application for disability would be approved. I have been paying everything which has caused a great financial strain. Now that it is being approved and he is looking a large amount of back pay he left. Am I entitled to any of that?

If you mean are you legally entitled to a share of

your husband's "back pay" for disability, I would say, no, most unlikely (in my opinion). Nevertheless, hopefully he'll do the right thing and agree to share some of it with you.
