I am not married and I have a 8 month old baby, the babys father just moved out . can I get him to pay child support? we are currently paying $195 a week for day care.

Yes, go to the clerk's office of your local J & DR court (civil division) and explain that you wish to complete

and file the paperwork necessary to establish the paternity of this alleged father for your child and to obtain an order of the court requiring him to pay child support. (The clerk will provide you with the forms which you will need to complete to get these matters on the court's docket for a scheduled hearing.)
