Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Im in middle of divorce I paid a lawyer last dec and hes done nothing to help me a few weeks ago i finally got to make a appoint with his office He stood me up after a hr I left a note saying if he doesnt conttact me and I not heard from him I been wanting to give him more evidence that my husband was cheating I dont think he wants to hekp me because other situation with the judge

Demand a refund for services for which you've paid but haven't been provided

and get a new lawyer who will provide these services.
