I am the noncustodial parent, and the custodial parent does not work. Can I relinquish my parental rights terminated not to pay child support in Virginia?

As a practical matter, no Virginia court would be willing to grant your petition for

voluntary termination of your parental rights grounded on the basis that you wish to be

relieved of your obligation to pay child support for the subject child(ren) in the case.

(in my opinion).
