Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have an order from a judge that says that I am allow to see my son every other weekend, every other monday and tuesday, half the summer and every holiday is already established by the court. every year gets worse for me, the first year it was fine the second i couldn't see him every other monday or tuesday because my son had homework and is best for him to stay at her house and do it. last summer she decided to sign him up for crew without any notice which I have no saying on what he can take or what class he can take at school either. so i missed most of summer with him. now again last minute she goes and sign him up for crew again on weekdays and weekends until the end of november, I said no because I don't get to spend time with him, she told me it was good for his future if he decides to go to college, I said fine but 4 weeks in a row she didn't follow the schedule that is already minimum which was to drop him right after crew on saturday which finish around 11am and now she tells me that she checked with her lawyer and she will take me to court and I don't have a case if I don't agree to it. Please advice

No, quite the contrary to what this lawyer is supposedly claiming, i.e.,

you're the one who should be taking this mother back to court

for repeatedly violating your visitation tights under this order (in my opinion)--

(if all that you claim is in fact true and you have evidence to support it).
