I have physical custody w joint visitation of my daughter and I am trying to relocate with my family to another state but her father is threaten to keep me here and I have no family here can I amend the visitation so I can move?

You (or your attorney) will need to file a motion with

the court having jurisdiction over the issue seeking to amend the

current visitation order to permit you to make this move

with notice to the father to afford him the opportunity to

contest it.
