Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

We went thru a prior cps investigation where we did a voluntary relinquishment of our parental rights. It was approved and the case was closed out. We are now living in Virginia. The court proceedings took place in west virginia. We are not drug users. Or alcoholics. Where never found guilty of anything. I am now expecting and am wondering If we have to worry about cps taking our new child or bothering us once we have her.

It appears that there may be more relevant facts concerning this "prior cps investigation" and "voluntary relinquishment of (your) parental rights" than what are provided in your inquiry which need clarification (at least in my view) before I could offer a response to this question.
