Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I keep receiving a personal property tax bill for a vehicle that I had signed over the title to in April 2009 in the Property Settlement Agreement for my divorce. This is the second breach of that agreement. The first was July 2009 when I went to buy a house and found out during underwriting that there was a NY tax lien for a joint return based on my ex's income from his law firm. Now he is in breach for not removing my name from the vehicle. The tax due is only $330, but I'm wondering if I have a case to sue for the vehicle and damages to my credit due to his breach of the PSA and negligence?

No, not one likely worth the investmnent of your time and the cost of the litigation to bring the matter back before the court(in my opinion).
