Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am separated and not in the house but am still on the mortgage. Can my spouse change the locks and not allow me in the house since we do not have any legal binding agreement set up?

If your name is on the title to the house, not just the mortgage, you are entitled to access to the house, even if you have to use a locksmith or break a window to get in.
