Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Hello my sister in law is a pain she was my husband and their moms power of attroney mom passed June 2014 we have been married since August 2014 now we still do not have our checking account we have one set up as she calls it a spending account since December 4th.

My husband is disabled and gets a good check and what she put in our spending account is not enough $305.00 we both have lost our food stamps I have an 21 year old special needs daughter she still wont s to be in control my sister in law still, I was writing checks for our bills well his account got overdrawn and she wont s to accuse me I got mad with her she was like an checking account is to much for me.

She had no right letting her homeless son stay downstairs after my husband and I were married while working on getting things out the apartment and bills I feel she may of gave me what she calls this spending account so i could be quite well its tiime she lets us have our own account my husband is never to me going to speak up to her which is frustrating

FYI, the power of attorney you've mentioned became void and without legal validity upon the passing of your mother.
