support

i have been divorce for 3 years now. we agreed on half of his retiredment. but i keep the right to go back for support. if he stop my retiredment pay. and now that he has stop it for the second time. the judge order support in the same amount of retiredment. and he still will not pay what the court has order it has been 3 months now and not a penny from him. what can i do.

Re: support

Bring him back bedore the judge on a charge of contempt. You should also be requesting that

a wage assignment be implemented against his retirement compensation in order to pay the court-ordered support. (You may need the assistance of DCSE[the state child support enforcement agency] if your attorney is not able to implement it.)

Further note: If the support obligation involves alimony only and no child support you will not be able to call upon the services of DCSE for assistance with the wage assignment.

Nevertheless, your attorney still should be able to implement a wage assignment once the appropriate order is obtained from the court.
