Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

In the text below is the visitation "stacked" or does the specific override the general? The Plantiff is demanding visitation on top of the Holiday Schedule.

"The plaintiff shall have the following visitation schedule: (1) the non custodial parent shall visitations one weekend a month (extended weekend where school schedule permits); (2) Summer Break shall be for the majority of the summer, except for three weeks in the middle of the summer, which will be spent with the defendant; (3) Spring Break in even years; (4) Thanksgiving Break in odd years; (5) Christmas Day to be given to the defendant in odd years;"

This kind of wording for a visitation schedule needs to be amended to include all days which are

to be considered/celebrated as part of the "Holiday Schedule" during any given year rather than just Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Otherwise (in my opinion) problems are likely to arise with the kinds

of issues suggested in this question.
