I am a veteran who purchased a home with my spouse utilizing my VA eligibility. I am about to divorced and my spouse im sure she will be awarded the home. How do I get my eligibility back?

Contact U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs Eligibility Center and complete/submit

form 26-1880 to see if you can obtain a COE (Certificate of Eligibility) under the circumstances you've described.
