Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my wife sent me an text msg and told me i need to think about what i was getting rready to submit in court about things she did! because she found out she can go to the police and press charges against me for no reason! we are getting divorce my attorney sent her attorney the evidence and she got very angry.

Divorce is a messy situation. Draw up a plan on your own of you want to walk away with from the divorce. Submit to your attorney. Focus on negotiating that before wasting money on useless litigation.
