Sounds likely that a Virginia general district court would be inclined to treat your situation described

as a landlord-tenant matter and require you to go through the legal prrcedures required

of a landlord to evict a tenant in the Commonwealth. (And, yes, I'm aware that you would

probably reject any attempt to characterize yourself as a landlord in the situation described.)

Therefore, given the foregoing, you would seem well advised to visit the clerk's office of your local general district court (civil division) and ask one of the clerks there to provide you with the paperwork you will need to complete to have this "freeloader" legally evicted from your premises.
