Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

I am a US citizen. I want to bring my parents here. The problem I have a sister 19 years old. They cannot leave her alone back home. Can she come with my parents?

I agree with my colleague and would like to add that your parents may be able to sponsor their daughter once they enter the US as lawful permanent residents, but you as petitioner would have to act quickly to petition for your parents since your sister is close to "aging out" of that category. Please seek the advice of a qualified immigration attorney.
